48+ Antiques 8, 48+ Ports 7
Like the first game, the Ports struggled early and fell behind 6-0 after 3 innings. The offense picked up in the fourth closing the lead to 6-5 which it stayed until the 6th when Phillip Bland hit a bloop double to right driving home Alphonse Derouaux who had doubled. Bland was then singled home by Mario Lavagnino as the Ports took a 7-6 lead into the bottom of the 6th. However, they couldn't hold the lead yielding 2 runs in the bottom frame and going down quietly in the 7th.
Ken Callan was the star of the game with a double and 2 single to cap off a 4-4 day in the two games with a walk. Ken also made the defensive play of the game in the 5th making a great catch going out at second and coming up throwing back to first to turn a double play.
